We canned grape juice, applesauce and dried some tomatoes this fall. It was so much fun! Lynette(my partner in crime) said let's do more next year! So that's the plan. I am grateful to her for all of her help and expertise. The kids enjoyed helping as well.

That is so much fun! I have dried my own tomatoes before as well and they are SO good! I hope you enjoy the "fruits" of your labors!
I love to can grape juice, it's sooo good. Glad to see all the new posts....I'd almost given up on you guys ;o)
